Dry instant yeast

Ingredients

Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid.

Directions

Mix yeast with flour for 30 seconds then proceed with normal mixing. Avoid direct contact with ice or cold water. When converting from fresh yeast, add additional water equal to 2 times amount of instant yeast used. Storage: Store in a cool, dry area. Reseal and refrigerate after opening.
